The American President Donald Trump, adviser, Hope Hicks resigned. She was involved in the scandal of the Russians meedling in American Presidential election. Her resignation comes after that of another senior aid of Trump; Mr. Porter.

The American President; has already started to prepare his reelection for 2020. He is forming his campaign team and that shows officially he is in campaign.

When the other hand, the recent resignation of Hope shows that Trump did not finish with the evil of his election as it shows the investigation on Russians meedling in the election is not over.

On the securitarian sphere America has been victim of endless terrorist attack, and mass shooting that costs to the life of many Americans. The other evil President Trump is facing is the North Korean affair with the country leader threateninzg bombing America; and doing many nuclear test. President; Trump does not rule out carrying out preventing attack on the country: This situation is very alarming for Americans; and the world fearing a planetary conflict.

But still; President Trump is ruling and starting preparing the mid term election.

On the international, he is carrying out its political of stragetical isoliationist; as he promised with his slogan America first; and the world something else. The last major decision that isolated America and angered the world leaders over Trump was his decision to recognise Jeruzaless as capital of Israel. Many countries in the world condemned that.

President is ruling and ruling, when it comes to economic sphere the situation is tense as well. HCPS thinks President Trump ruling asks wait and see... If he will finish this term, or being reelected.

The American President, Donald Trump succeeds avoided talking about the issue, when commenting the shooting. A large part of his electorate is pro-gun. This issue of banning guns is a very divisive issue in the American society, especially between Republicans pro-guns; and Democrats anti-guns.

Brexit wins in Great Britain

Last 23 Jun; Great Britain votes to leave the EU. This was a historic vote for UK and EU. Almost 52% of British voted leaving the union. Most of their fear was about massive immigration coming from the EU countries and other as Syrian refugees.

David Camron the UK Prime Minister resigned. But, the Leader of the Labour opposition refuses to give up, despite the overwhelming vote of no confidence against him. But, Angela Eagle a Labour MP is declared by medias to announce her challenging of Mr. Corbyn.

Now, Great Britain is discussing with EU countries about the term of the divorce.

How to succceed in your ruling tenure?

There is no one single rule, but they are endless ones, depending the countries, the Party, the position. But, the ultimate most important factor for succeeeding in your leardership, is your personality.

Almost one month after his bright election as Labour Party, Corbyn pains to set his leadership to the Party, the great antagonism of the other MPs of the Party, who as promised during the campaign, refused to enter in his cabinet, and were offering him a strong opposition. The Tory government, of David Cameron, was surely even more rigorous in opposing Corbyn that the see as a consensus breaker in UK security.

As with Cameron today’s reference of Corbyn not understanding the threat poses by Isil who has only one goal, killing people, in US, UK, France or in the western capitals. Corbyn to set his print on the Party needs to fit his speech and position to its position, the Party and the national interests of UK.

It is possible, for him, to do all without abandoning his campaign promise. By such time of Isil and its threat more than ever the country should be strong and tender to the world such message. Especially with the new aggressive attitude of Russia and its President Vladimir Putin who sent soldiers to support Assad, who is oppressing his own people.

Hungary has built a fence to prevent refugees entering its territories from Serbia.

Reuters reported that Russia deployed about a half dozens tanks at an airfield of a military build up in in Syria according to U.S. officials. They declared that the Russians intentions are unclear.

The Pentagon refused to directly comment on the Reuters report.

Moscow intentions are clear saving Assad's regime by fighting his war in other words with Russians soldiers.

But Putin ultimate goal is not saving Assad's regime though this military help may lead to it. Putin has one clear objective, reforming the ex Soviet Union, by reconquering the formers Soviet countries. The all is to test the West determination in blocking him, especially setting his planetary leadership.

And as soon as he will start fighting for Assad and even eventually save his regime. It is quite clear any time soon, he will move to his real goal that he is actively prepared and he can launched any time soon.

This isn't an easy question as there wasn't such thing in politics. For succeeding your elective mandate depends on many factors among them there are your intrinsic charisma and personality all enter in consideration. So, soon HCPS will release an article on that point for sale.

This is just a tipping of ideas before the coming of this article.

Nonetheless no matter your personality there are some points which are universal among them there are the following:

1. Be faithful to your program as your list of vows to your people. In other words fulfil it in its smalest detail. Do not adopt a new program once on power. Keep the one which bring you to power. It is the one that motivates the voters voting for you.

2. Be communicative. Tell regularly the people the degree of execution of your program, the success as well as the failure to be corrected.

3. Ads your realisation. That can be coupled with the the (2).

4. Confess and do the mea culpa of your failure.
In other words tell people, what you missed to carry one as promise. Be severe to yourself more than any oppenent can be. Here is how you cannot have many, or have any harmful.

5. Always have the sense of time. You have been elected to fulfil a program. But it has to be implemented in time. Reason why you should care about the time before everything.

6. Having a sense of short time. Always tell yourself you have few time to go. Carry on your promise as you promise them, no repeation.

7. Having the sense of responsability as leader you carry everything single failure as well as success before any one. After all the voters voted you.

8. Always have the sense of vision that means having a long sight for your people beside you, without counting on others to continue your realization. But, when you set them well, the others can only continue them.

It is most of the refuges are Musilm. HCPS thinks it is a risky solution than using building a Superstate of EU to home forming a new government. The European Union is very unpopular in Germany and many Germans want their country out of the EU.

Still, the Chancellor has a reasonable chance to have support from this pro-circle in the country to form a government. After all it is all about politics.

Who among the two will have the right approach to lead the Brexit Great Britain? May will surely be the best to conciliate the two vision of Great Britain as a fervant pro EU, and that will not prevent her taking in account the will of the British people being having a out Great Britain from the EU, that is HCPS position. She will be the best to calm down the fear of the European leaders as she is for a stronger tie with the other side of the contient.

Boris does have lot of advantages to be a good Brexit Prime Minister as the leader of the Brexit, no one more than him knows the needs of a out EU Great Britain, for implementing the right policies to give all the greatness the new Great Britain derserve.
